We have been carrying out both Product Design or Development, benchmark, PMA and similar projects in the Aerospace and Defense Industry successfully and sustainably since 2005.

A part holding the hydraulic unit of a cargo plane whose maintenance operations are being completed has been identified as inactive. Since the aircraft model is old, the period given for the supply of the part is long enough to cause AOG (Aircraft on Ground). ULS aviation contacted our company, thinking that the part could be produced by backward engineering and the time could be shortened. The inactive product was converted into a CAD model within 48 hours using the 3D measurement method, and its material was procured, machining, painted and installed on the aircraft in a total of 5 days with Airbus approval.
