The more accurate and detailed the 3D measurement, the more sensitive and detailed the work to be done can be. We have special expertise in 3D measurements of small-scale parts. The measurement of fingerprints in our realistic prosthesis studies or the canal files used in root canal treatment was successful thanks to a very high sensitivity and obtaining fine details. Similarly, we achieve a level of precision that can compete with CMM measurements in the design, development, measurement and quality control studies of products used in aviation, defense and space systems.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Testing and Verification Structural Analysis Design Validation with Prototype</h2>



<p>In Product Design and Development projects, we carry out features such as approval and verification of designs, function tests under working conditions, behavior and ergonomic suitability through mock-up, prototype and/or computer-aided structural analysis. We call physically produced non-functional parts or groups of parts Mock-up. We call prototype the production process of physical parts that can fulfill their function. In addition to these studies, we verify our designs by calculating the structural behavior of the products, their durability in working environments and even their lifespan with computer-aided analysis programs. Within the real tests required for the certification of the product, prototypes are produced from real materials and the tests are approved. As Defne Engineering, we see our Testing and Validation studies as an indispensable phase of our product design and development projects. That&#8217;s why we can keep our customer satisfaction above 97% in our work.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">CAE Computer Aided Engineering</h2>



<p>In our Product Design studies; We carry out computer-aided analysis studies to ensure that the product can perform its functions throughout its life cycle, to determine the life cycle time and similar engineering calculations. As a result of these analyses, after verifying the behavior of the product in the virtual environment, we ensure the approval of the design by subjecting it to real tests with prototype production.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Prototype &amp; Mock-up</h2>



<p>The physical parts we call Model (Mock-Up) are models produced to test visual integrity in Product Design, especially in the Concept Development phase. These models are used for different purposes such as ergonomics, marketing, presentation, receiving feedback, and concept approval. Mock-ups are not expected to fulfill the functions of the product. The purpose of prototype production is; It is the verification of the product&#8217;s performance of some or all of its functions, the approval of its behavior under usage conditions and, ultimately, the verification of the product design. Prototypes are produced and tested from real materials or the closest material to the real thing using an engineering approach. Producing prototypes close to mass production conditions depends on the effectiveness of the production process in the product.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Passenger aircraft seats have a structure that challenges design criteria with their lightness, durability and ergonomic features. They must have the lightest but most durable structure. It will be light and durable, but it must also have a certain level of comfort ergonomically. Their durability features require up to ten times greater durability and lifespan compared to the requirements of automotive (land vehicle) seats. These strengths and tests are determined by international aviation standards. The durability of the products is tested and certified by companies authorized to approve them. The production processes of the products must also comply with the standards (AS9100). </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Benchmarking </h2>



<p>While creating an aircraft seat design road map, benchmarking is one of the first steps to be carried out. Benchmarking work provided us with the keys to design, clues to production, and properties of materials. The benchmarking study also showed what geometric approaches should be used to ensure that the product meets the durability and lightness criteria. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Mechanical Design</h2>



<p></p>



<p> Benchmarking studies also provide information about how companies&#8217; patents were created. The mechanical design of the product, which will provide lightness and durability conditions unlike competing products, was carried out by a team effort. Mechanical design studies, which were carried out in coordination with patent and certification persons and institutions that provide side support to teamwork, were verified with mock-up and prototype productions and the tests were successfully passed. Aircraft seats, whose design work started in the second half of 2011 and mass production started in January 2014, had an industry size of 3 billion dollars that year. </p>



<p>We are honored to have our company actively involved in the design of the first domestically designed and produced aircraft seat study.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Payment recording devices, that is, cash registers, have been made obligatory to use those with a new structure, both mechanical and electronic, with the amendment of the Ministry of Finance regulation. This innovation will not allow cable entry from inside to outside or from outside to inside mechanically. There will be a single seal and the inside of the box will not be accessible without removing this seal. Mechanical restrictions have been defined, such as not allowing access inside without breaking it. Many of our projects, including concept design, mechanical design, thermal analysis and tests, prototype production, testing and verification, and mass production control, have been successfully completed without any problems. We have developed many projects under the main title of cash register with our customer Enpos company. Cash registers, which are the products of these projects, are the domestically produced products with the highest market share in the market. This success has been achieved with the company&#8217;s strong infrastructure and Defne Engineering&#8217;s creative solutions.</p>
