Cylinder heads of internal combustion engines are known for their complex internal geometry. These parts have a complex structure with the intake manifold, exhaust manifold and cooling channels called lace cores. These products come in different sizes with 2-3-4-6-8 cylinders. Defne Engineering has successfully provided the modeling studies required for the creation of the tools (casting sets) of these products produced by the casting method. It has successfully completed the projects of approximately 30 different models.
